Lychee Easy Assign Function and Operation Method

❏ What is Lychee Easy Assign?

Lychee Easy Assign allows you to filter by group and assign responsibilities through predictive search on the Issue Details screen. This function is useful for projects with many associated groups and members.

❏ Display of Project Members by Group

In the Assigned To field, project members are displayed according to group.

❏ Filtering by Group

Selecting a group in the Group field will cause only members of that group to be displayed in the Assigned To field.

❏ Assigning Responsibilities Using Predictive Search

You can filter your search for project members by typing a string of characters into the search field.
